We were anxious about putting our daughter in childcare at such a young age. Our daughter was 12 months old when she started at Pocket Tots. However, Vania’s experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm for her program gave us reassurance from the very beginning.
Our daughter gets to explore, create, spend time in the garden, feed chickens, and get messy! We can see how much thought Vania puts into creating opportunities for the children to learn and grow.
We received so much support when we learned of our daughter’s nut allergy, which we discovered three weeks after she enrolled at Pocket Tots. When I shared the allergy with Vania, she wasn’t phased at all. She only had solutions and immediately focused on how we could keep our daughter safe. Vania went above and beyond to ensure our daughter’s safety. Her attention to detail and communication gave us an incredible sense of reassurance. Vania printed and laminated posters about allergies and how to use an EpiPen. A sign is also posted on the entrance door, reminding families and visitors that the childcare space is nut-free.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have found a place where our daughter can thrive.
